1. Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1~2 business day (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays) from the date the order was placed. Orders placed after 1 p.m. will be processed the following business day.
The delivery period mentioned under each product is approximate only and it may vary due to the delay by the courier companies as well as due to holidays. But we will try our best to ship your parcel within 3 or 4 business days of your order if it reaches us before 4 pm on a working day T&C applied.
The delivery time provided by a courier service can vary based on several factors, including the shipping method chosen, the distance between the sender and the recipient, the courier company’s policies, customs clearance for international shipments, and any potential delays due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Due to customer/consignee improper communication details, and weather conditions, the outer city(village) approx. time to delivery takes 10~20 days.

- High Volume of Shipments: Increased demand for sending and receiving packages during festivals can overwhelm courier services.
- Limited Staff: Some courier companies may experience staffing challenges during holidays, as employees take time off to celebrate with their families.

- Increased Customs Processing: International shipments may experience additional delays due to increased customs processing during the festive season.
- Weather Conditions: Adverse weather conditions, which can be more prevalent during certain festival seasons, may also impact transportation and delivery schedules.
2. Shipping Methods: We Aari Materials Shop are using the following courier service companies to transport the parcels depending on their price and service :
1) DTDC Plus, 2)BlueDart, 3) ST Couriers,4) DELHIVERY EXPRESS, 5) ST COURIERS
The Courier charge will be calculated based on the weight and size of the product, packing material, and the expense for packing and handling of the parcel to courier offices. (For example, the Courier Charge for Maharashtra is Rs.100/- up to 1 Kg. If the parcel is more than 1 KG, the next 1 gm to 1 KG will be charged Rs.100/-. All the states’ courier charges will be calculated in this method.)

- Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping typically take between 3 to 10 business days for delivery within India.
- Express Shipping: If you choose express shipping, your order is expected to be delivered within 6 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Please be aware that these delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.

3. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your order using the provided tracking number and the respective courier service’s website. Click Here to Track your order
4. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or if the package is refused by the recipient, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to us, the customer will be contacted for an updated address. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipping the package to the correct address.
- Recipient Refusal: If the recipient refuses to accept the package, it will be returned to us. The customer will be notified, and the cost of the items in the order, minus the original shipping cost, will be refunded. Any shipping charges incurred for the return of the package will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, the customer will be contacted. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package. If the customer fails to respond or provide an alternative delivery address within a specified timeframe, the order may be canceled, and a refund will be issued minus any shipping charges and fees incurred.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm the accuracy of the shipping address provided during the checkout process. We encourage customers to double-check their shipping information to avoid undeliverable packages.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. 6. Returns Due to Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for the package to be re-shipped. shipping charges are not to be refundable.
