Aari Materials Shop offers 2-day replacement guarantee for all products sold. The sold products cannot be returned. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect, damage due to transportation, or wrong product dispatch. In these cases, we will bear the return courier charges(same as the shipping charges payable to return). we don’t have RTO options and only customers are responsible for initiating and managing the return courier process.
In case the customer wants to exchange a product that they have ordered by mistake the customer will have to bear the two-way courier charges.

Return/Exchange is invalid in cases of incidental damage, malfunctioning of the product, natural disasters, riots, or negligence on the part of the customer. due to customer/consignee improper communication details, and weather conditions, the outer city(village) approx. time to delivery takes 10~20 days.
In the meantime, if the customer/consignee asks for a refund or cancellation, the refund amount won’t’ be processed immediately, once the canceled order is received at the origin address then our team to verify all the products and will estimate the refund amount and the payment will be processed 5~7 business days, T&C applied.

To ensure a seamless return, we shall check the condition of the product before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damaged/wrong product before processing for replacement. In case we do not have the same product in stock, you can buy an alternate product or you can receive a refund of money.
Any Refund will be processed within 10 working days after acceptance from our customer care team.
The refund policy is not applicable for consumable items like BRANDED PRODUCTS/COMPANY PACKING PRODUCTS that have been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and this product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. Please ensure you pack the item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service to reach as fast with minimum cost since we have to bear the courier charges in some cases as mentioned above.
We will refund or replace the product in the following conditions
- Wrong Product shipped by us.
- The product received is defective.
- In case of a Wrong Product or a defective product is received you will have to report us by email at email@example.com within 12 hours of receiving the order.
- Please make sure that you provide us with package opening videos and pictures as and when requested.
- No refund or replacement shall be done without package opening videos and pictures.
