At Aari Materials (Sai Aari Enterprises), we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our order processing, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and related terms.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) from the date of order placement.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Most orders are dispatched within 12–24 hours, subject to stock availability and operational conditions.

  • During peak seasons, festivals, or special promotions, dispatch times may be extended.


2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Courier service delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural calamities

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Incorrect customer information

  • High shipping volumes during festive seasons

We will make every effort to dispatch your order promptly; however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.


3. Courier Partners

We use trusted courier partners based on serviceability, delivery performance, and destination location:

  • DTDC

  • Blue Dart

  • Delhivery

  • ST Courier

  • India Post (Speed Post)

The courier partner is selected at our discretion to ensure the best possible service.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Product weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Packaging materials

  • Handling charges

  • Delivery destination

Additional weight charges may apply for parcels exceeding 1 KG.

Due to changing courier rates and operational conditions, shipping charges may be revised without prior notice.


5. Express Shipping

Where available, customers may choose express shipping.

  • Estimated delivery: Within 2–6 business days after dispatch.

  • Express delivery timelines depend on destination and courier service availability.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation.


7. Undeliverable Packages

A package may be returned to us if:

  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.

  • The recipient refuses delivery.

  • Delivery attempts fail multiple times.

  • The recipient cannot be contacted.

Incorrect Address

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

  • Additional shipping fees must be paid before re-dispatch.

Recipient Refusal

If the recipient refuses delivery:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot complete delivery after multiple attempts:

  • The customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Contact us immediately after delivery.

  • Package opening video and photographs may be required for investigation.

  • We will assist in coordinating with the courier partner whenever possible.

Claims without sufficient proof may not be accepted.


9. Remote Location Deliveries

Certain remote or rural locations may not be serviceable by courier partners.

If a shipment is automatically returned to origin (RTO) due to non-serviceability:

  • Refunds will be processed after the parcel is received back at our facility.

  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Amount = Product Value – Shipping Charges


10. Delivery Disputes

Any dispute regarding non-delivery or proof of delivery must be reported within 15 days from the delivery date shown by the courier partner.

Requests raised after 15 days may not be accepted, as courier proof-of-delivery records may no longer be available.


11. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information.

  • Being available to receive deliveries.

  • Monitoring shipment tracking updates.

  • Responding promptly to courier communications.

Failure to do so may result in delivery delays, return-to-origin (RTO), or additional shipping charges.
