Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy – Aari Materials

Return & Replacement Policy

Please note that sold products cannot be returned. Products will be replaced only in cases of damage during transportation.

We will bear the return courier charges (up to the amount of the original shipping charges paid). However, customers are responsible for initiating and managing the return courier process. We do not provide return pickup services.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation is applicable only before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • In case of cancellation after dispatch, shipping charges and return charges are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

If a customer wishes to exchange a product ordered by mistake:

  • The customer must bear the two-way courier charges.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

  • We do not offer exchange options on all products. Please verify your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Conditions Where Return, Refund, Exchange, or Replacement Will Not Be Applicable

Return, refund, exchange, or replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Incidental or accidental damage after delivery.

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

  • Natural disasters, riots, or other force majeure events.

  • Products returned without original packaging and accessories.

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers (if applicable).

  • Branded products or company-packed products that have been used or installed.

  • Claims submitted without package opening videos and photographs.


Delivery Delays & Remote Locations

Due to incorrect customer details, communication issues, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations, delivery may take approximately 10–20 days in certain outer-city or village locations.

If the customer requests cancellation while the shipment is in transit, the refund will be processed only after the parcel is returned to our facility and verified by our team.


Incorrect Address Policy

Refunds cannot be processed in full for orders placed with an incorrect or incomplete address.

Packing charges, shipping charges, and Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges will be deducted, and only the eligible balance amount will be refunded.


Refund Policy for Remote Locations

If the courier partner is unable to deliver to a remote location and the parcel is automatically returned to origin (RTO), the refund will be processed after the parcel is received back at our facility.

The refund amount will be:

Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

Customers may notify us of:

Damaged or Defective Products

Within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Wrong Product Received

Within 7–10 days of receiving the order.

Important

For damaged, defective, or wrong product claims:

  • Email us at info@aarimaterials.com within 12 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a package opening video and clear product photographs.

  • No refund, replacement, or exchange will be processed without package opening videos and photographs.


Replacement Process

To process a replacement:

  1. The damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be returned to us.

  2. Our team will inspect the returned item.

  3. Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped.

If the same product is unavailable:

  • You may choose an alternate product, or

  • Request a refund.


Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved by our customer care team, refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days.
